Week 2

Hey everyone gonna be super quick post hear was painting until 8:00pm today so I'll get this out quick af.

So what I ate this week;


Breakfast;

Granola, coconut yogurt, frozen fruit, half of banana

Lunch;

2 Peanut butter and raspberry sandwiches, hummus, crackers, 2 protein bars, banana, apple and peanuts.

Dinner;

Uncle bens rice, spinach, garlic glove, beans/lentils, onion .



Overall I have been feeling more full which has been great.

Going to try to phase out carbs like the crackers and add more veggies/fruit.

Also going to switch to a different rice without the flavor packets.


Sorry everyone, will have a much more fire post for next week. I promise.
